In the 32in £1000.00 market Philips offer another great addition with the Philips 32PFL9632D LCD TV. The Perfect Pixel HD Engine image processing system is what makes these sets stand out from the rest of the competition and now with HD Natural Motion the blur and judder from motions that is often seen on most LCD is smoothed away, pictures are outstandingly crisp and detailed the colours are vivid and true and black levels are very good. The screen is 32in and resolution is 1366 x 768, there are the normal connectivity points with 2 Scarts and 3 HDMI, it may not be perfect but it is a very good LCD and well worth the time and effort to take a look at this model when considering a 32in LCD, take the time and visit the local stores like the Currys LCD TV section for a wide variety of models and assistance.

Philips has always offered good quality and clear picture TVs; the 52in LCD follows that trend, the Philips 52PFL9632D with a 1920 x 1080 resolution gives full HD in all its glory, it incorporates the Perfect Pixel HD Engine for sharper crisper images, the colours are vibrant and convincing blacks levels add to the list of good points, there is also the two-channel Ambilight that takes the dominant colours on the left and right portions of the screen and then shines a light onto the wall behind the TV, Philips say it improves picture quality and reduces eye strain, the visual performance of this LCD is what you would expect and the Ambilight adds that little extra something, it produces  stunning images that are not only crisp but natural and believable. Overall this is another success from Philips and another great looking and performing large screen LCD TV, if you have not seen a Philips performance or the Ambilight feature before it is worth going down to the local Debenhams lcd tv store or the Philips LCD TV store and take a look at it. It is a very good piece of technology with everything you would want from a full HD large screen TV.

Looking through the LCD sections of Debenhams LCD TV and Comet LCD TV another LG HD ready TV gave onto the radar, this LCD has a 32in screen and 1366 x 768 resolution, it also has integrated analogue and digital tuners for future proof reception, the picture is good but not exceptional as is the sound, for the price there are better TV’s out there if you check around, the colours are bold and blacks are convincing, the connection are what you would expect 2 HDMI and 3 Scarts 2 RGB but overall it does give the performance you would expect on models in this price range, it may not be a leader but for the money is definately worth a look.

The competition in the 32in market is fierce and this is just another 32in screen LCD the Sharp LC32GD1E with a resolution of 1366 x 768 and both analogue and digital tuners the picture is very impressive, vivid colours, crisp picture and a very good depth of field are some of the good points, the price is not one of the strong points and although dropping it is not a cheap set by any standards and the price reflects this.

This 32in LCD TV is under £700.00 and is exceptionally good value, see it for yourself at places like Debenhams LCD TV sections and Currys LCD TV, it is HD ready with a resolution of 1366 x 768 is more than acceptable and it offers a digital tuner built in. Crisp clear picture with good brightness levels and richly saturated colours make it a pleasure to watch, although it does not stand out above any of its rivals it is a solid performer on most levels, the main downfall is the poor black levels that on dark scenes are unconvincing. The audio performance is good and overall it is a good LCD TV and well worth serious consideration.
